Curriculum & Application Process

ENS & ESI

Starting at 3 days old, we begin ENS (early neurological stimulation) and ESI (early scent introduction). This is performed on days 3-16, as well as daily weight taking. ENS is known to improve cardiovascular performance, stronger heartbeats, stronger adrenal glands, more tolerance to stress, and greater resistance to disease. ESI improves nose awareness and confidence

10 Step Handling

At 3 weeks old we move into a more advanced curriculum with our puppies set forth by Jeanette
Forrey with 4E Kennels. We begin a “10 step puppy massage” every day and increase pressure
weekly. We use our 10 step handling exercises to ensure our puppies are exposed to various
types of touch, handling and sensation. This includes eyes, nose, inside mouth, around collar,
tummy, down back, pull tail, tug on ears, and tapping nails.

Curriculum

Also at 3 weeks, we begin socializing our puppies to different sounds, sights, textures, things to climb on, run through and more. We believe in empowering over enabling our puppies. We set them up to conquer physical and mental challenges every day. Litter trays are introduced around week 3 of life and we introduce crate training at 4 weeks of age. By doing this we build our puppies nerve strength and confidence as well as problem solving skills. Our goal is to provide our puppies with a stable and enriching environment for the first 8 weeks of their lives.

We have all prospective puppy families fill out our puppy application. This is for us to get to know you, and rule out any buyers who do not take the process seriously. We want families for our puppies who are serious and are prepared for a new family member.

RESERVE

Once your application is reviewed and accepted, We have families place a $500 non-refundable reservation fee and sign our reservation agreement. Once the fee is paid and agreement is signed, we get you on the list of your choosing.

PICKS

Puppy selections within each litter typically start once they have reached 3-4 weeks of age. We will provide photos and video prior to picking. Photos or videos of each litter will be updated and posted on our social media channels. Video chat appointments will be available to meet any puppies you're interested in virtually to go over initial personality traits when you're up to pick from a new litter.
